摘 要
根据世界上水利工程方面的建设和考虑到我国存在的一些问题，对此作了一些调查研究，并加以整理和分析，对新技术也做了分析和总结。由于水利工程的特性复杂和层次较多，针对它的需求量和我国河南商丘市的一些现状，对其相关的基础性和主体性理论做了更深的研究。针对以上内容，本文立足科学，本着求实的态度认真分析，并做出以下的分析结果：
1.随着信息化的越发进步，研究成果日益成熟，并在此基础上，对相关的问题进行了提出、归纳、总结和分析，也对基础和支撑理论做了更为深刻地思考，最后对整个水利体系也进行了更为深入地分析。
2.提出了水利工程管理的现代化的模式框架，主要是根据网络信息、系统的结构、信息的处理、政务管理和业务需求等逐步形成的。
3.论文总结并分析整个水利工程的管理结构和模式，主要是通过业务的需求、网络平台、数据库的汇总和远程申报等，并根据各个项目自身特色，最后也提出了应该考虑其社会经济性。为了更好地研究基本框架，需要从诸多方面考虑，并结合实际考察分析。 [资料来源：http://doc163.com]

Abstract
According to the construction of water conservancy engineering in the world and considering the problems in our country, have made some investigation and study and arrange them and analysis, and the new technology has also made a analysis and summary. Due to the complexity of the characteristics of water conservancy projects and the level is more, demand for it and some of the status quo of henan shangqiu, the related basic and subjectivity theory made a more in-depth study.
