摘 要：为提高制备多克隆抗体的效率和减少损失，通过对北方兔种和南方兔种的兔子进行针对性的免疫，根据观察兔子在免疫过程中死亡率的方法来确定何种品系的兔子能够大量产生优质血清，从实验结果得出南方兔种死亡率低于北方兔种，最后根据结果得出南方兔种更加适合进行多克隆抗体的制备。
