影响扶桑绵粉蚧雄虫产生的主要因子(8000字)
摘 要:本文对扶桑绵雄虫的主要影响因子进行了分析,以期确定影响其产生雄虫的主导因子,为科学防控扶桑棉粉蚧提供科学依据,保护我国农业生产安全。通过实验,研究结果表明扶桑绵粉蚧雄虫产生的主要影响因子有寄主,环境因子(温度、光照、湿度)和密度。扶桑绵粉蚧,在湿度为65-70%RH、光照为24h全光照,温度为28±1℃条件下,取食冬苋菜(营养生长期)产雄率较大,雌雄比例为0.68 :0.32;然而,在相同条件下,取食棉花(营养生长期)产雄率较大,雌雄比例为0.62 :0.38;在室温、光照为24h全光照、湿度为80%RH条件下,取食棉花(营养生长期)时,种群密度在200头/株产生雄虫的机率较大,雌雄比例为0.585 :0.415。

Main Factors of Male Phenacoccus Solenopsis Tinsley’s Eclosion
Abstract: In this paper ,the main influence factors of male Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley was analyzed with a view to determine the influence of the leading factor for providing the scientific control and protect agricultural production safety. The results show that the main influential factors of producing the male Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley are the host, environmental factors (temperature, humidity, light )and density. Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley , in the conditions of 65-70%RH 24h sunshine, 28℃.taking Malva crispa Linn (in the vegetative growth ) ,the male and female proportion is 0.68:0.32;Under the same conditions, taking the cotton(in the vegetative growth) the proportion of male and female is 0.38:0.62; In the room temperature, 24h of sunshine and 80% RH conditions Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley, taking the cotton (in the vegetative growth), population density in 200 / strains produced male, male and female proportion of probability for0.585:0.415.
