摘  要：【目的】观察山莓叶三萜对大鼠血清和肝功能的影响。【方法】在湖南农业大学采集山莓叶，分离、提取出三萜类化合物，灌服大鼠，测定大鼠血清和肝功酶活性。【结果】山莓叶总三萜对大鼠血清的电解质tCa、Na、Cl、Ca、pH有影响，对K无影响；对肝功酶TBIL有影响，对ALT、AST、ALP、LDH无影响。

Effect of Triterpene from R. Corchorifolius leaf on the Blood and Liver index of rat
Abstract: 【Aim】Observed the triterpene of Rubus Corchorifolius to the Blood and liver’s function of rats. 【Methods】 After the triterpene was separation and extraction from Rubus Corchorifolius leaf in hunan agricultural university ，and given rats, the rat’s serum and liver enzyme activity was determinated. 【Results】The triterpene of R. Corchorifolius leaf have obvious impact on tCa、Na、Cl、Ca、pH,except K;It has obvious impact on TBIL,except ALT、AST、ALP、LDH.
