基于模糊模式识别的大学生素质模糊综合评价(论文10000字)
摘 要
随着毕业生就业制度改革不断深化,社会以及用人单位对高素质、复合型应用人才需求的不断增强。作为高等学校,必须把培养具有创新精神和应用能力强的人才作为自己的根本任务,推进素质教育,建立与之相对应的评价体系,对素质教育进行“价值判断”。
本文在分析了目前大学生综合素质评价的现状和出现的问题后,结合高校学生管理工作实际,根据当代大学生的综合素质具有多维性、模糊性和不确定性的特征,构建了一套较为完善的综合素质评价指标体系。为此,本文首先介绍了AHP层次分析法,利用其确定了各因素的权重,然后运用模糊综合评判法,建立起大学生综合素质评价的模型,并对模型求解,得出大学生的综合素质,从而为大学生综合素质的评价提供了理论和现实依据。

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of comprehensive quality of college students on fuzzy pattern recognition
Abstract
With the development of graduates' employment system reform, the demand of society and employers of high-quality applied talents is increasing. It is colleges and universities's duty to cultivate talent with innovative spirit and strong practical ability as their basic task and to promote quality education, establishing the corresponding system with which we can make evaluation of quality education. Based on the analysis of the current situation of comprehensive quality evaluation of college students and the problems, combined with the management of college students. For the overall quality of college students have multidimensional, fuzziness and uncertainty characteristic, we constructed a set of relatively complete comprehensive quality evaluation index system. Therefore, this paper firstly introduced the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) with which we can fix the weight of each factor, and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, establishing the student synthetic quality evaluation model to solve it, and draw overall quality of students, in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for the comprehensive quality evaluation of college students .
