不同质地植烟土壤酶活性差异的研究

摘  要：为探明不同质地植烟土壤的主要土壤酶活性特征，本研究分析测定了武平烟区不同质地植烟土壤的过氧化氢酶、纤维素酶、转化酶、脲酶和磷酸酶的活性。结果表明：不同质地植烟土壤主要土壤酶活性除纤维素酶外均存在较为明显的差异。其中，磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶达到差异极显著水平，转化酶和脲酶达到差异显著水平。不同质地植烟土壤酶活性除纤维素酶外均表现为粘土＞壤土＞砂土，纤维素酶表现为砂土＞壤土＞黏土。

Study on Difference of Enzymes Activity in Soil of Different Texture
Abstract: In order to verify the different quality of material to plant the tobacco soil the main soil enzyme activity characteristic, this research analysis determined the Wuping smoke area different quality of material to plant the tobacco soil the catalase, the cellulase, the invertin, the urease and phosphatase activeness. The result indicated that, the different quality of material plants the tobacco soil main soil enzyme activity to have a more obvious difference besides the cellulase, in which, the phosphatase and the catalase achieved the difference extremely remarkable level, the invert in and the urease achieves the difference remarkable level. The different quality of material plants the tobacco soil enzyme activity to display besides the cellulase for the clay > the loam > the sandy soil, the cellulase performance for the sandy soil > the loam > the clay.
