复制因子C亚基3基因突变对拟南芥叶片生长发育的影响
摘 要: 在EMS诱变的突变体筛选中,获得了一个复制因子C亚基3编码基因的点突变体,被命名为rfc3-1。与复制因子C亚基1编码基因突变体rfc1-1、rfc1-2 和 rfc1-3不同,rfc3-1叶型狭长,生长发育受到显著的影响。本文以rfc3-1突变体纯合子植株和野生型拟南芥植株为材料,研究RFC3对拟南芥叶片生长发育的影响。

Effects of RFC3 Mutation on Leaf Growth and Development in Arabidopsis
Abstract:In a mutant screening of EMS mutagenesis, a point mutant of RFC3 was obtained and thus it was named rfc3-1. With dwarfed and have smaller and narrower leaves, the growth and development of rfc3-1 plants is affected significantly which is very different from mutant rfc1-1, rfc1-2 and rfc1-3. In the paper, rfc3-1 homozygotes and wild-type plants were used as materials to study the effects of RFC3 mutation on leaf growth and development in Arabidopsis thaliana.
