马铃薯中龙葵素的定性定量分析
摘 要:本试验采取乙醇—乙酸法提取不同储藏条件下马铃薯中的龙葵素,用高效液相色谱法对其进行定性定量分析,研究了光照、储藏温度对马铃薯中龙葵素含量的影响。结果表明,马铃薯中的龙葵素含量与温度呈正相关,光照条件对龙葵素含量的影响显著。所以食用马铃薯应低温避光储存,药用开发马铃薯则应适当提高储藏温度和光照条件。

The Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of the Solanine in Potato
Abstract:This experiment uses Ethanol-acetic acid extract solanine in potato on the different storage condition. Using HPLC for qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed of potato.The effects of lighting, storage temperature on the solanie content of potato were investigated by the determination of content and purity. The result showed that the solanie content of potato was positive-correlated with storage temperature. The effect of lighting on the solanine content is remarkable.So should storage potato in low temperature and avoid light conditions. [资料来源:https://www.doc163.com]
