某卷烟厂污水处理工艺及其效果分析(8500字)
摘 要：近年来，国家加强了对环境保护的重视，以至于各个行业都开始兴修各类环保设施，本论文就某卷烟厂新修的污水处理厂的工艺进行调试，并对其效果加以分析，在调试的过程中通过改进部分工艺解决工艺设计不合理问题；通过增加鼓风机运行时间，放慢进出水速度，投加PAM和PAC，并在接触沉淀池的进水口处投加粘土，提高活性污泥的沉降性和密实性解决污泥膨胀问题；通过在出水池投加二氧化氯解决了出水浑浊等问题，最终使得该烟厂污水处理站污水处理后出水达国家工业污水排放一级标准。

By improving the part of the process can resolved the irrational process design problem; by increasing the blower’s running time, slowing down out of the water speed, adding PAM and PAC and adding clay into the sedimentation tank inlet can improve the active sludge retrogradation and density of sludge bulking solve problems; by dosing chlorine dioxide the water can be dear. There ultimately efforts make the effluent quality the national industrial sewage discharge level.
