哒螨灵在柑橘园土壤中的残留降解动态研究(8400字)
摘 要:本文通过田间试验和室内测定研究了40%哒螨灵悬浮剂在柑橘园土壤中的的残留消解动态,运用高效液相色谱法测定了哒螨灵在柑橘园土壤中的残留量。并介绍了哒螨灵在柑橘园土壤中的提取、净化以及液相色谱的分析测定方法。取未施药的柑橘园土样添加3个不同浓度(0.2mg/L,2.0mg/L,5.0mg/L)的哒螨灵标准溶液;测定添加回收率,得到回收率为77.27%-102.9%,变异系数为3.5%-5.7%。符合残留分析要求,通过哒螨灵在柑橘园土壤中的降解动态试验得出降解动力学方程;Ct=C0e-kt ,并在湖南、贵州和浙江三地分别在施药后的35d后消解率基本达到了90%,消解速率较快。对柑橘土壤环境是安全的。

Abstract:. Through field trials and laboratory measurement of a 40% Pyridaben SC in citrus orchards in the Residue and soil dynamics, measured using high performance liquid chromatography in the citrus orchards Pyridaben residues in the soil. And introduced Pyridaben soil in citrus orchards in the extraction, purification and analysis of liquid chromatography method. Spraying of citrus orchards are not taken soil samples to add three different concentrations (0.2mg / L, 2.0mg / L, 5.0mg / L) of standard solution pyridaben; determination of recoveries, the recovery obtained was 77.27% -102.9 % coefficient of variation was 3.5% -5.7%.
