水体氮含量对微囊藻抵抗连苯三酚胁迫的影响(7200字)
摘 要: 连苯三酚是一种对水华蓝藻有较强的抑制效应的生物源物质。水体氮含量超标是导致水体富营养化和蓝藻水华的主要因素之一。本研究探讨了不同氮浓度下铜绿微囊藻抵抗连苯三酚胁迫的影响。结果表明:在高浓度连苯三酚的胁迫下,铜绿微囊藻的生长受到明显抑制,在细胞数量,色素含量等各项指标出现一定程度的下降趋势;以0mg/L氮培养液为例,8ppm、4ppm、2ppm、0ppm连苯三酚浓度微囊藻细胞数在实验周期内分别下降了78%、71%、38%、31%,叶绿素含量分别下降了67%、78%、29%、25%,类胡萝卜素含量分别下降了62%、87%、42%、39%。

Abstract: Pyrogallol is a biological originated material which has a strong inhibitory effect of cyanobacterias. Excess Nitrogen content of water is one of the main cause of eutrophication and algae blooms.This research explore The effect of different Nitrogen concentration on the resistant ability of Microcystis aeruginosa to the stress of pyrogallol.The results showed that: at high concentration of pyrogallol, the cells、pigment content and other indicators of Microcystis aeruginosa was greatly inhibited and decreased; Taking 0mg/L Nitrogen concentration of experimental group as an example, 8ppm、4ppm、2ppm、0ppm concentrations of pyrogallol lead Microcystis Cells number decreased by 78%、 71%、28%、31%, the chlorophyll content decreased by 67%、78%、29%、25%, carotenoid content decreased by 62%、87%、42%、39%.
