吡嘧磺隆在土壤中的持久性研究(8900字)
摘 要:采用田间试验方法,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了吡嘧磺隆在水稻土壤中的残留及消解动态。水稻土壤样品中吡嘧磺隆的残留量采用丙酮提取,提取液浓缩后用二氯甲烷萃取,旋转蒸发器旋干,色谱甲醇定容,再用高效液相色谱检测。吡嘧磺隆在湖南、贵州两试验地水稻土壤中的平均回收率为95.97%、94.89%、88.73%,变异系数为2.65%、2.32%、3.78%。其消解动态实验结果表明:吡嘧磺隆在田土中的消解符合一级化学反应动力学模式C=C0e-kt,在湖南、贵州两地田土中的半衰期分别为3.94d、5.5d。

Residues and Persistence Study of Pyrazosulfuron in Soil
Abstract: Using field experimental methods, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination of the pyrazosulfuron residues in paddy soil and digestion dynamic. Pyrazosulfuron residues in paddy soil samples extracted by acetone extract concentrated and extracted with dichloromethane, spin dry rotary evaporator, chromatography methanol content, then high performance liquid chromatography. Pyrazosulfuron in paddy soils in Hunan, Guizhou test to the average recovery was 95.97%, 94.89%, 88.73%, coefficient of variation was 2.65%, 2.32%, 3.78%. Digestion dynamic experimental results show that: pyrazosulfuron in the Land of digestion according to a chemical reaction kinetic model C=C0e-kt,half-life in the Land of Hunan, Guizhou 3.94d, 5.5 days.
