摘 要
汽车转向是指汽车需要在行驶的过程中按照司机的意识来改变行驶方向。汽车的转向系统作为一种专用机构,它可以被用来改变汽车的行驶方向。本文的设计内容针对的是重型自卸汽车的转向系设计。
本文的设计针对的是和非独立悬架互相匹配的整体式两轮转向机构。利用了连杆机构运动理论和汽车设计中的知识,首先对汽车的总体参数进行了总结,在以上的基础上,首先对转向器和转向传动机构的类型进行了比较、选择,接着再对转向器和转向传动机构尤其是转向梯形进行了参数化设计,最后,利用绘图软件完成了转向梯形和转向器的二维图纸。
在这次的转向器的设计中我选用的转向器是循环球式齿条齿扇转向器,在对转向器的设计中,包括了齿条—齿扇传动副的设计和螺杆—钢球—螺母传动副的设计,前者是根据汽车前轴的载荷来计算出齿扇模数,再在此基础上设计出所有参数的,而后者基于参照同类型汽车,确定了钢球的中心距,再在此基础上设计出一系列的尺寸。
在本次的设计中转向梯形选用的是整体式转向梯形,本文在设计中参考了类似汽车转向梯形设计的经验尺寸从而来对转向梯形的尺寸进行了初步选定。再通过检验转向内轮实际达到的最大偏转角时与转向外轮理想最大偏转角度的差值以及作为一种四杆机构的最小传动角是否符合标准,来判断转向梯形的设计是否合理。 [资料来源:http://www.doc163.com]

Abstract
In a moving vehicle, the drivers need to frequently change its traveling direction, so-called steering. Vehicle steering system is used to change or restore a car in the direction of a dedicated agency, this paper is about the study of light vehicle steering system design.
The design of this paper is aimed at the integral two-wheel steering mechanism that matches the non-independent suspension. Based on the motion theory of the connecting rod mechanism and the knowledge of the automobile design, the general parameters of the automobile are designed. On the basis of the above, the type of the steering gear and the steering mechanism are compared, And the steering mechanism, especially the steering trapezoid, the parametric design is carried out. Finally, the two-dimensional drawings of the steering trapezoidal and diverter are finished by drawing software.

In this design, the trapezoidal trapezoid is used as the integral steering trapezoid. In this paper, the size of the trapezoidal trapezoid is selected by reference to the empirical size similar to that of the automobile steering trapezoidal design.
