The Design of Automobile Driving Axle
摘 要
随着我国经济的发展,国民收入普遍提高,汽车作为一种方便舒适的代步工具逐渐走进每个人的生活中。其中,驱动桥是汽车不可或缺的机构之一,它的性能和整车的性能好坏有着密切的关系。本课题的研究内容以传统的驱动桥设计方法为基础,根据本次选取的车型的特点,参数,适用领域,首先确定驱动桥的整体结构方案。接下来将机构内的起主要作用的零件,即主减速器的主,从动锥齿轮,差速器行星齿轮,半轴齿轮,半轴,驱动桥壳等的结构参数进行了设计,并校核了他们的强度。作为汽车的一项重要总成,驱动桥结构设计的研究是汽车设计的一项重要组成部分,有必要进行深入研究。

The Design of Automobile Driving Axle
Abstract
With the development of economy of our country, the income of our country rises generally. As a convenient and comfortable means of transport,the car gradually comes into everyone's life. The drive axle is one of the indispensable mechanism of the car, its performance has a close relationship with the performance of the vehicle. The content of this research is based on the traditional drive axle’s design method. Firstly, this reseach determine the overall structure of the drive bridge program according to the characteristics of the selected models, parameters, applicable field. Next this reseach will design the drive bevel gear and driven bevel gear of the main reducer of the main , planetary gear differential , half shaft gear and driving bridge shell structure parameters, which play major role in the parts, and check their strength. As an important part of the automobile, the research on the structure design of the drive axle is an important part of the design of the automobile,and it is necessary to carry on the thorough research.
