摘要
电网是实现电力法、变、送、配、用各环节的载体和物质基础,科学合理的电网规划对获取最大的经济和社会效益有重大意义。它能够合理安排电网建设项目、建设时机、资金投入,满足国民经济对电力的需求,保证电网安全、稳定、经济运行。电网接线是整个电网的骨架,直接影响电网安全;变压器承担着给用户提供电能的重责;导线的选择不仅决定供电的可靠性,还影响着规划建设的经济性;潮流计算展示了电能的走向,为合理分配电能提供基础。所以,为提高电网规划的质量,编辑出合理性、前瞻性、可行性均为理想的方案相当重要。
本次论文要完成的是地区电网规划工作,主要包括功率计算、电压等级选择、电网接线方案、导线选择、变压器选择、潮流计算和调压方式。

Abstract
Electric power network is the material basis and the carrier of each link which are responsible to realize the power generating, transformation, transmission, distributing. Scientific and rational power grid planning are significant to obtain the biggest economic and social benefits. It can arrange the power grid construction project reasonably, construction time, money and meet the needs of the national economy for power, guarantee the safe, stable and economic operation of power grid. Grid connection is the skeleton of the grid,impacting on power grid safety directly. Transformer undertakes the responsibility to provide users with electrical energy. Conductor choice not only decides the reliability of power supply, but also affects the planning and construction of economy. Flow calculation shows the electric energy, providing the basis for reasonable allocation. So, to improve the quality of power grid planning, editing the ideal solution of rationality, forward-looking and feasibility is quite important.
This paper works on area power grid planning ,including Power calculation, choice of voltage level, Grid connection scheme, Conductor selection, Transformer selection, Power flow calculation and voltage regulation way.
