摘要
随着我国学校建设的加快，管网越来与庞大，分散，作为学校极为重要的基础设施，加强对学校监控数据采集系统实时数据的采集与监控及信息化建设都具有相当重要的意义。实时数据采集与监控（SCADA）系统是采集各站点的数据信息，并对这些信息进行存储、分析汇总等处理。通过数据分析，及时给出报警信息或向站点发出控制命令，控制站点设备的运行。
论文在了解实时数据采集与监控系统（SCADA）系统的基础上，对实时采 集到的数据、 监控状态的收集进行计算处理，并且从数据库的历史中获取的经验，进行优化调度，实现学校网管的智能化控制。充分运用现代化的信息技术手段，通过对SCADA系统的硬件和软件的设计，完成一个具有先进性、高可靠性、经济性的系统设计方案。

Abstract
With the speeding up of the urban construction in China, network and withalarge, dispersed, as the city extremely important infrastructure, strengthening of water supply system with real-time data acquisition and monitoring and information construction has very important significance. Real time data acquisition and monitoring (SCADA) system is a collection of data information of the site, and the information storage, analysis, summary and other processing. Through the data analysis, give the alarm information or to the site to send out the control command, control the operation of the site equipment.
Paper on the understanding of the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system based on, the collection of real-time data collection, monitoring state of computing, and from the history of database access to experience, scheduling optimization, realize the wisdom of the water management can control. Full use of modern information technology tools, through the SCADA system hardware and software design, complete with an advanced, high reliability, economic system design.
