多方法视角下的高校网站评价指标体系设计与研究(论文14000字,Excel表)
摘要：近几年来，随着国家教育信息化战略的实施，我国高校也在不断地探索信息化之路，而高校网站作为其信息化的重要组成部分，已经涵盖了大学生教育和管理工作的各个方面，在高校教育和管理方面起到重要的辅助作用。因此，本文选取中国最好大学top100中78所高校官网作为分析文本，建立了一套反映我国高校网站发展现状的评价指标体系，利用15种指标并采用层次分析法、topsis法、改进的topsis法、灰色系统法对其进行综合评价，结果发现，灰色系统评价方法与改进的topsis评价方法分析出其结果基本一致，为高校网站的评价提供了一种简单可行的方案，最后，为高校网站的建立与维护提供了宝贵的意见。

Research on the design and implementation of evaluation index system based on TOPSIS and grey system.
Abstract: in recent years, along with the implementation of the national education informatization strategy, informatization is in constant exploration in our country, and the site as an important part of the informatization, has covered all aspects of the graduate students education and management, education and management in colleges and universities play an important supporting role. Therefore, in this paper, the official website of 78 universities in the top100 of China's best universities was selected as the analysis text, using 15 indicators and using the analytic hierarchy process, topsis method, improved topsis method and grey system method to conduct comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the grey system evaluation method is basically consistent with the improved TOPSIS evaluation method, which provides a simple and feasible scheme for the evaluation of university websites. Finally, it provides valuable advice for the establishment and maintenance of university websites.
