摘 要：村镇银行作为我国新一轮农村金融体制改革的产物，在推进新农村建设中发挥重要作用，已成为支持“三农”发展的重要力量。本文阐述了我国村镇银行发展的现状,对其存在问题的原因进行了分析,通过对比我国村镇银行与国外乡村银行，借鉴其发展的成功经验，提出了加大宣传力度、提高业务水平、加大政策支持力度、完善支农配套体系建设、加强信贷风险管理和完善股权结构等推进村镇银行可持续发展的策略建议。

Brief Study of the Problems and Countermeasures on the Development of China's Rural Banks
Abstract: As a product of China's new round of rural financial system reform, rural banks play an important role in the promotion of new rural construction and has become an important force in supporting the development of the "three rural".This paper has elaborated the development status of China's rural banks and has made an analysis on the main causes of the problems existing. Through comparing China's rural banks with foreign ones and by drawing on experience of successful development from foreign banks, the writer has proposed several strategies on promoting the sustainable development of China's rural banks, including strengthening propaganda, enhancing vocational level, increasing policy support, improving the construction of a matching system for supporting agriculture, increasing policy support, strengthening credit risk management and completing ownership structure.
