摘 要：中国农业发展银行（以下简称农发行）从成立初就把促进农业和农村经济发展、执行和落实国家各项支农惠农政策作为生存发展的根本。我国农发行发展势头强劲，但是也存在着很多问题。本文在分析农发行现状的基础上,提出了农发行现今遇到的问题以及面临的困境，并对农发行的改革与发展提出了建议。

The Research on Reform and Development of Agricultural Development Bank in China
Abstract：Agricultural Development Bank from the early establishment put the promotion of agricultural and rural economic development, execution and implementation of national agricultural policy to support and benefit the survival and development as fundamental. Strong development momentum of China agricultural development bank, but there are a lot of problems. This paper analyzes the current situation based on the Agricultural Development Bank, Agricultural Development Bank today raised the problems and difficulties faced by the proposed development and the Agricultural Development Bank and Agricultural Development Bank's own sound policy recommendations.
