摘 要：我国上市公司业绩及其影响因素，一直受到理论界与实务界的广泛关注。而上市公司的主营业务收入、每股收益、股权融资偏好和资本结构等业绩指标作为几种最重要，投资者和研究者最为关心的信息，同时也代表了最典型的会计确认和计量。本文以金融、石油、钢铁三个行业为代表，选取08年的若干沪深A股市场上市公司为样本，主要通过主营业务收入、投资收益、股权融资偏好和资本结构对上市公司业绩的影响，从而表现不同产业上市公司业绩差异，进而展开比较分析。

DIFFERENT INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE OF LISTED COMPANIES IN CHINA BASED ON COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS - COMPARISON OF FINANCIAL PETROLEUM STEEL INDUSTRY
Abstract: Our performance of listed companies and its influencing factors, has been hit by a theoretical and practical industry wide concern. Listed companies advocate business wu income, earnings per share, equity financing preference and capital structure performance indicators as several most important, investors and the researchers of the concerns of information, also represents the most typical accounting recognition and measurement. Based on financial, oil, steel three industry represented in 2008, select some Shanghai a-share market has listed companies as A sample, mainly through advocate business wu income and investment returns, equity financing preference and capital structure of listed companies achievement influence to show different industry performance of listed companies, and comparative analysis on differences.
