摘要：支付结算业务本是银行最基本的业务之一，现在却成为制约村镇银行持续、快速、健康发展的主要瓶颈，亟待研究和解决。本文在对广西省内具有代表性的村镇银行进行现场调研的基础上，首先简要介绍了当前广西省村镇银行支付结算业务发展现状，接着深入剖析了村镇银行在发展过程中存在的主要问题，最后就推动村镇银行支付结算业务快速发展提出了有针对性的对策建议。

Abstract：For banks, payment and settlement business is one of the most basic businesses. But now, it becomes the main bottlenecks which blocking the village banks develop continuously, rapidly and healthily. On the basis of conducting site investigation of typical village banks in Guangxi province, this paper briefly introduces the current status of village banks’ payment and settlement business, and then deeply analyzes the main problems in the development process of village banks，finally promotes targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the of village banks about how to develop payment and settlement business rapidly.
