摘要
随着我国金融业的发展，我国现代银行面临着很多的风险。商业银行所面临的风险包括市场风险、信用风险和操作风险。其中现在关于操作风险方面的问题较为的突出，因而亟待我们提出有效的解决方案。本文将立足于已有的国内外研究成果上，通过对商业银行操作风险相关理论的深入探究总结出现在我国商业银行操作风险管理中的三大主要问题。即操作风险管理理念淡薄，操作风险管理体系不完善，和操作风险管理方法落后这三个方面的问题。同时，本文将针对这些存在的问题，提出三大应对的措施：更新操作风险管理理念，完善操作风险管理体系，和加强人力资源管理。

Study on operational risk management of commercial bank
Abstract
with the development of China's financial industry, our modern banking faces a lot of risk. Risks faced by commercial banks include market risk, credit risk and operational risk. Which now about operational risk issues more prominent, so it should be and we propose effective solutions. This paper will be based on the existing domestic and foreign research results, based on the related theory of the commercial bank's operational risk into three main questions in the management of operational risk of Chinese commercial banks. The operation of weak risk management concept, operational risk management system is not perfect, and operational risk management methods behind the three aspects of the problem. At the same time, this article will aim at these problems, puts forward three measures: update the concept of risk management, improve the operational risk management system, and strengthen the management of human resources.
