新形势下农村能源发展的思考(11700字)
摘  要：改革开放以来，在不断变化的形势下，我国农村能源发展问题越来越被人们关注，其发展对农村居民生活的改善、新农村的建设有重大的意义。但在同时，我国农村能源发展时应注意一些规范化程度不够和被客观因素制约而带来的束缚。本文就农村能源发展的意义、现状和存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的的对策。

The Thinking of Rural Energy Development in China at New Situation
Abstract：Since reform and opening, the concern of Rural Energy Development has been growing in a changing situation .The development of  rural energy  has great significance to improve the live of  rural area and help the construction of new countryside .However, When developing the rural energy in China ,it’s should be focus on that the bound caused by level insufficiency of  standard degree  and constraint of objective factor .In this paper, the significance of rural energy development, current situation and existing problems are being analyzed and also put forward to corresponding countermeasures.
