摘要：经济是国民发展的命脉。制度变迁影响着经济体制的变化，经济体制的变化表现出区域经济增长的差异化。中国区域经济增长与制度变迁之间有着密切的关系。在我国制度变迁中，我国区域经济也受到了深刻的影响。我国区域经济增长过程中在产业结构、产品类型上有显著区别。本文从我国制度变迁下论述了制度变迁理论与经济增长理论，并分析了中国区域经济增长存在的问题，并提出了中国区域经济协调增长发展的建议。

Abstract:Economy is the lifeblood of national development. Our country's economic certification presents a deep social reason for the unbalanced state of the region. System change is an important reason for the development of economic region, the regional economic growth and institutional change in China is closely related. Before and after the reform and opening up, China's regional economic growth has a big difference. The changes of the system affect the development of economy, and also cause the unbalanced development of regional economic growth. The change of economic system in China has resulted in the development of regional economic growth, which is a strategic transformation between the balance development and unbalanced development.
