长沙市休闲农业发展战略研究
长沙市休闲农业发展战略研究(15700字)
摘 要：随着社会、经济、文化各项事业的发展，人民生活水平逐步提高，为现代休闲农业的发展带来了重大的机遇。长沙市因其独特的资源优势，休闲农业得到了飞速发展，但是在发展过程中还存在特色不够、形式类同、产品替代性强、投放资金不足等诸多问题，休闲农业发展的档次和品质与国内外休闲农业的典范还有很大差距。针对上述问题，本文以长沙市休闲农业发展战略为研究对象，通过SWOT分析法深入分析长沙市休闲农业发展的现状和战略，客观评价休闲农业开发的优势所在和制约因素，提出了产业多元化发展、产业互动融合、区域竞合发展和可持续发展四大战略，对长沙市休闲农业发展提出合理的实施对策。

THE LEISURE AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
RESEARCH IN CHANGSHA CITY
Abstract：Along with the social, economic and cultural undertakings in the development, people's living level gradually enhance, for modern leisure agriculture development brought great opportunities. Changsha city because of its unique advantages in resources, the leisure agriculture obtained the rapid development, but in the process of the development characteristics, there are not enough form similar products, strong, on alternative many problems, such as lack of funds, the grade of the leisure agriculture development at home and abroad and the quality and the model of the leisure agriculture, also has the very big disparity. To the above problems, this paper with Changsha leisure agriculture development strategy as the research object, by SWOT analysis the present situation of the development of leisure agriculture in changsha city and strategy, and an objective evaluation of the leisure agriculture development advantage and restriction factor, puts forward the industry diversification development, industrial interaction fusion, regional competition and development and sustainable development four development strategies, in changsha city of leisure agriculture development is put forward reasonable implementation countermeasure.
