摘  要：随着经济全球化的深入发展，我国外贸面临的国际环境越来越复杂，贸易保护主义已经从传统的关税向非关税壁垒,官方发起向民间自发发展。特别是近年来国际上出现的一种新的非单纯性经济因素贸易壁垒——民间壁垒，对我国外贸出口的影响日盛。这种来自当地社会的阻力逐渐成为我国增强外贸出口的新挑战。通过分析民间壁垒的形式和成因，研究其对我国外贸出口的形成的挑战，有利于提高我国企业对这种新型壁垒的重视度，及时采取有效措施加以规避和应对。
