The Current Situation and Development Study of Offshore Service Outsourcing in the Bohai Sea Economic Rim
Abstract: With the development and globalization of economy, offshore service out- sourcing is becoming a new international industrial transfer points. And the location and its background of software development in Bohai Sea Economic Rim provide good conditions for the development of offshore service outsourcing. This paper will relate theory to practice to introduce the current situation of Bohai Sea of offshore service outsourcing, through studies advantages and disadvantages of Bohai Sea Economic Rim undertake offshore service outsourcing, concluded the development trend that the Bohai Sea Economic Rim carry on offshore service outsourcing.
