摘  要：采用资料分析法，以长株潭地区为参照区域，计算分析了长株洲潭地区近几年的耕地变化，并且探讨了长株潭地区耕地撂荒的原因以及解决途径。研究表明，耕地撂荒的主要原因是由于农村的基础设施薄弱，生产条件低下，从而影响农业收益低下再加上监管力度不够。耕地撂荒是当前出现的新情况新问题，严重威胁到农业生产安全，影响推进农业现代化进程，因此，耕地撂荒是长株潭地区可持续发展战略中需要重点解决的问题。

Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan farmland abandoned reasons and solutions exploration 
Abstract: By using data analysis, Changsha,Zhuzhoudand Xiangtan reference area, calculation and analysis for long zhuzhou pool area into years of cultivated land change, and probes into the changzhutan arable land in abandoned the cause and solution. Research shows that the main reason is farmland abandoned due to rural weak infrastructure, low production conditions, thus affect agricultural income is low plus supervision enough. Farmland abandoned is the new situation of the current appear serious threat to new problems, agricultural production safety, influence to promote agricultural modernization, therefore, farmland abandoned changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan district sustainable development strategy is important to solve the problem.
