摘要:
资源型城市就是以当地资源物产丰富而驰名中外的城市,当地的资源就可以看作是它的名片,我国的资源型城市有很多,资源的开发加快了城市的发展，如大同、邯郸等。虽然这些城市发展的很快,但在发展过程中也存在着一些问题,例如很多土地无法得到合理的利用,而当地人讲注意力都放在了城市的资源上面。
但是若干年后资源性产业在城市经济中所占比重很小、甚至微不足道了，城市经济对资源性产业的依赖度不大或者说很低了，这类城市迟早要走上另外一条发展道路，而土地便扮演了重要的角色。本文将举例说明资源型城市的土地利用情况，并分析其中存在的问题，提出有效的建议。
