摘 要:近年来,企业兼并和收购的惊人速度引起了世界范围内的广泛关注。美国组织心理学家和并购专家米切尔•马科斯指出,企业文化整合失败是60%-80%的企业合并后死亡的主要原因。因此,在大力推进企业并购重组过程中,研究企业并购后的文化整合问题是十分必要的。企业成功率并不高,整合不力暂了企业并购原因的89%。企业重组和兼并成败的关键是消除文化障碍――任何新组建的企业必须认识到,其人员来自不同的企业文化――文化冲突总会存在。无论购并伙伴属于相关行业还是来自不同的行业,情况都是如此。除了战略整合、组织整合等层面之外,最为关键的还是企业文化的整合。本文主要研究企业并购过程中的文化整合。
