基于财务报表视角的上市公司财务战略分析
基于财务报表视角的上市公司财务战略分析(选题审批表,开题报告,任务书,毕业论文8400字)
摘 要：利用上市公司财务报表，采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法，对比上市公司近几年年报所披露的消息，对其财务战略进行分析。本文以万科企业股份有限公司（以下万科A）为例，利用该公司公开披露的财务报表信息对其融资战略，投资战略和股利分配战略进行研究进而探究该公司的财务战略，为投资者的决策提供相关信息。

Abstract：Use of the financial statements of listed companies, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to contrast the past few years the annual reports of listed companies to disclose the information, analysis of its financial strategy.
