摘  要：国有控股商业银行作为我国金融体系的支柱，其财务质量的好坏关系到我国经济能否健康、持续地发展。本文以中国银行、建设银行、工商银行、交通银行等四家商业银行近三个会计年度的会计报表以及其他有关的各项资料为基础，着眼从资本状况、资产质量、盈利能力和偿债能力等五个方面对国有控股商业银行的财务状况和经营成果进行分析和评价。通过研究国有控股商业银行的财务质量分析，分析银行盈利模式变更的动因，揭示银行资产质量特征与银行资源管理之间的内在规律等来衡量银行的经营绩效，充分挖掘股份制商业银行业整体发展的潜能。

Analysis About Financial Quality Of The State-Owned Commercial Banks
Abstract：State-owned commercial banks, as pillars of our financial system, its financial bearing on the quality of health of our economy can and sustainable development. In this paper, the Bank of China, Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of Communications and three other commercial banks in the past three fiscal years of financial statements and other information about the basis of focus from the capital position, asset quality, profitability and solvency five aspects of the commercial bank's financial condition and operating results of the analysis and evaluation. By studying the state-controlled commercial banks, the quality of financial analysis, analysis of bank profitability model change the causes, reveals the characteristics of banks and bank asset quality inherent law between resource management and so measure the bank's operating performance and fully tap the overall development of joint-stock commercial banks potential.
