摘 要：随着我国经济的快速发展，商业银行在社会中所扮演的角色日趋重要，对商业银行的进一步了解与研究不容小视。商业银行经营的好坏直接受到其风险管理的影响，此次金融危机重重地为我们敲响了警钟，加强风险的识别与管理对于商业银行至关重要。本文通过对目前的研究背景进行简单分析，指出了我国商业银行加强风险管理的必要性，以及我国现今商业银行风险管理面临的若干问题，然后提出加强商业银行风险管理的相关措施。我国商业银行应树立正确的风险管理理念，增强全面风险管理意识；构建完善的信息系统，加强信用风险管理；注重专业人才的发掘与培养；加强银行内部员工之间广泛的沟通和培训活动，而国家也应完善金融立法，加强金融监管制度建设以保障商业银行风险管理更有效的进行。

Research on risk management of Commercial bank
Abstract: With the rapid economic development of our country, commercial bank has been playing a more and more important role in the society. Therefore, a further understanding and research on the risk management of Commercial bank is essential and unavoidable. The risk management has a significant influence on the profit of commercial bank. What’s more, the recent financial crisis reminded us of the influence and it made us realize that enhancing the identification and management is crucial to commercial bank. This article points out the necessities of strengthening risk management of Commercial bank of our country and several problems the commercial banks is confronted with by analyzing the current research background. Besides, this article also puts forward the following solutions on reinforcing risk management. Firstly, the commercial bank our country should set up a correct concept or philosophy of risk management and strengthen the sense of comprehensive risk management. Secondly, it’s necessary to build a perfect information system and strengthen credit risk management. Thirdly, the banks ought to pay more attention to exploring and cultivation of professionals (experts); meanwhile, they can provide their employees more training and more opportunities to communicate with one another. At the same time, the government could take measures too. It can ensure the efficiency and development of risk management of Commercial bank through improving financial legislation and strengthening the construction of financial regulatory system.
