摘  要：风险管理审计是融风险管理、审计等为一体的新兴审计类型，实务工作者对其与相关审计类型的关系还缺乏深入的了解。风险管理审计的实施在我国还处于初级阶段，基于此，本文阐述了风险管理和风险管理审计的内涵，列举了风险管理审计在我国的应用领域和现状，剖析了风险管理审计在我国企业中存在的问题，提出了加强风险管理审计在我国企业的应用的对策。
