摘 要
当前，全球各国尚未走出国际金融危机的影响，世界经济仍受到危机的影响，作为一个发展中国家，尤其在经济转轨时期，中国已经开始加大对国内经济结构的优化步伐，改变以往依靠经济刺激谋求发展的落后阶段，并逐步步入经济新常态的过渡阶段。本文第一部分是理论概述，介绍涉及成本控制的定义内容等内容；第二部分分析首秦公司当前成本控制的现状并分析藏在其中的问题；最后结合该公司实际情况，动用先进的成本控制相关方法，提出不同于以往思路的解决成本控制的对策。实现提升首秦公司的成本控制水平，并提升企业在市场上的竞争力的目标。

Abstract
At present, the world has not yet emerged from the impact of the international financial crisis, the world economy is still affected by the crisis, as a developing country, especially in the economic transition period, China has begun to increase the pace of domestic economic structure optimization. The first part of this paper is a theoretical overview, introducing the definition of cost control and so on; the second part analyzes the current situation of cost control in Shouqin Company and analyzes the problems hidden in it; Finally, combined with the actual situation of the company, using the advanced cost control related methods, we put forward whether to use the advanced cost control method. The same as the previous thinking to solve the cost control of the countermeasures.
