摘 要：本文以国内部分中小企业2006-2008年的相关财务数据为样本，设置有关变量进行实证研究。该研究致力于探索高管个人特征对投资的影响，通过回归分析，得出其显著效果。将管理者的主要特征与投资行为联系起来，有利于深入优化企业投资行为。本文从高管年龄分布、受教育程度、任期年限及工作经验等多角度全面剖析论题，旨在研究其个人特征对投资行为的影响，在一个多元角度的立场俯视论题，为能够统筹其带来的影响并促进中小企业的发展提供理论基础。

Study on the CEO’s Personal Characteristics Influence on the SME’S Investment Behavior
Abstract: This passage is based on the related financial data of SMEs between 2006 and 2008 in China.I set up some related variables to make a research of authentic proof.The study focuses on exploring the influence that the CEO’s personal characteristics affect on the investment.We can get the result from the analysis of regression.It’s advantage to improve the behavior of investment in enterprises on the condition that we can make connection between the main characteristics of managers and the behavior of investment.The dissertation analyses the title from all around the angles,such as the distributed age among managers,the standard of education,working periods and expierence.It’s due to study the influence that the managers’ characteristics make on the behavior of the investment.It will be wonderful if it is capable of dealing with the influence and serving as a basic theory to promote the development of enterprises.
