摘 要: 近年来,随着我国经济水平的不断提高,餐饮企业作为第三产业在社会上扮演着越来越重要的角色,本文针对中小型餐饮企业现状进行研究分析,提出现阶段诸多餐饮企业所存在的问题及缺陷,通过研究得出相应的对策;并结合中小型餐饮企业所存在的问题及缺陷,延伸到对餐饮业可持续发展的研究,通过分析我们知道创新才是餐饮企业发展的关键要素;也只有创新才是企业可持续发展的动力。以此为中小型餐饮企业提供参考,推动国内中小型餐饮企业的发展,加快国内经济水平的提升。

Abstract:In recent years , along with our country economic level rising, catering enterprises as the tertiary industry in the community play an increasingly important role, this paper aimed at small and medium-sized catering enterprises this paper analyzes the current situation, put forward to show level to many catering enterprises by the existing problems and defects, through research the corresponding countermeasures; and the combination of small and medium sized catering the existing problems and defects, extending to the catering industry sustainable development research, through the analysis we know that innovation is the key factor in the development of the catering enterprises; only innovation is the motive force of the sustainable development of enterprise.
