摘要
随着互联网时代的到来,传统的出版方式和商业模式逐渐难以适应新兴的出版市场,传统出版行业遇到了空前的危机。数字技术和移动互联技术的发展势如破竹,数字出版横空出世,迅速抢占了大片市场,传统出版行业也在新技术迅猛发展的浪潮中迎来了新的机遇和挑战。我国传统出版行业的数字化转型从很早就开始进行了,过程虽然艰难曲折但也取得了一定的成效,但是我们可以看到在这个过程中暴露出的很多问题,比如,有些传统出版企业的资金投入有限、因为转型尚处于探索阶段而导致运作模式盈利不佳、 缺乏专业的运营平台以及精通数字出版的专业型人才等。对此,传统出版行业要沉着冷静,不要在竞争以及市场的压力下慌不择路,发挥自身的品牌以及内容优势,借助数字技术建立全面的运营系统,勇于创新和突破,在激烈的竞争中积极把握新机遇。本文将从传统出版行业的数字化转型现状入手,分析其在转型过程中遇到的挫折,并为以后的发展提出建议。

ABSTRACT
With the advent of the Internet era, traditional publishing methods and business models have gradually become difficult to adapt to emerging publishing markets, and the traditional publishing industry has encountered an unprecedented crisis. The development of digital technology and mobile internet technology is in vain. Digital publishing emerged and quickly seized a large market. The traditional publishing industry has ushered in new opportunities and challenges in the rapid development of new technologies. The digital transformation of China’s traditional publishing industry has been carried out from an early date. Although the process has been difficult but it has also achieved certain results, we can see many problems exposed in the process, such as the funds of some traditional publishing companies. Investment is limited, because the transition is still at an exploratory stage, resulting in poor operating mode, lack of a professional operating platform, and professional talents who are proficient in digital publishing. In this regard, the traditional publishing industry must be calm and calm, not sloppy in the face of competition and market pressure, exert its own brand and content advantages, use digital technology to establish a comprehensive operating system, be bold in innovation and breakthroughs, and actively grasp the new in fierce competition opportunity.
