目前我国一些规模不大的超市，在良好的经济发展态势下也取得了进一步的发展，并且为我国国民生产总值的增加也做出了突出的贡献，但是在发展的过程中，这些超市在库存管理方面的问题逐渐暴露出来，而对于超市来说库存在总资产中所占的比例份额非常大，如果不能够在库存方面有效的节约成本，那么必然会导致超市的经营成本增加，长此以往超市的发展必然会受到阻碍，对于超市来说，如果想要有效的降低库存方面的成本，但就一定要改变原有的管理方法，在发展的过程中不断寻找新的思路。本文采取文献研究法、实地考察法、理论联系实际法，以库管管理理论为依据，以海达家乐超市库存管理现状为研究对象，指出该超市在库存管理中主要存在的订货方面商品订货分类不合理、商品库存控制过于简单、与供应商信息传递不透明、订货流程管理系统不完善以及仓储方面仓库区域布置不合理、品类设置不合理、商品陈列位置混乱、仓储管理流程系统不完善等问题，提出相应的优化对策，包括订货方面完善商品订货分类管理、与供应商建立战略联盟、健全订货流程管理和仓储方面仓库的再布置、品类的再选择、商品陈列位置的再布置、仓储流程管理的优化，旨在对海达家乐超市及其他类似超市的库存管理提供一定的参考。 [资料来源：https://www.doc163.com]

Research on inventory management of Haida Jiale Supermarket
Abstract
In recent years, with the development of China's market economy, people's living standards and consumption concepts have also generally changed, and chain retail enterprises are becoming more and more popular. However, with the continuous development of chain retail supermarkets, some problems have gradually emerged, of which inventory management is one of the most obvious. At present, the inventory management level of many supermarkets in our country is relatively low, and the inventory management mode is not suitable for the development of the current market and enterprises, which has seriously hindered the further development of many supermarkets. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the chain retail supermarkets in China and propose measures to optimize inventory management. Based on this, this paper takes the inventory management status of Haida Jiale supermarket as the research object, firstly determines the related concepts such as supermarket inventory management, secondly summarizes the existing problems of Haida Jiale supermarket inventory through the analysis of the current inventory management status of Haida Jiale supermarket, finally puts forward solutions to the problems in the actual operation of Haida Jiale supermarket, and puts forward suggestions for improvement of the inventory management of Haida Jiale supermarket.
