农村企业基层员工素质提升研究(11000字)
摘  要：随着经济全球化的进一步深入，我国企业尤其是农村企业面临的市场竞争日益激烈。与此同时，我国提出建设社会主义新农村则为农村企业的发展提供了契机。如何在挑战与机遇并存的时代背景下，通过采取积极的措施，实现跨越式发展，是各农村企业面临的重要课题。要想从根本上改变农村企业落后的局面，关键在于人力资源开发，特别是基层员工素质的提升。本文首先对农村企业等相关概念进行了界定，随后通过问卷调查的方式了解了目前我国农村企业基层员工素质提升中存在的问题，在此基础上，提出了相关改进的对策。

Research on Rural Grassroots Employees Quality Enhancement
Abstract：With the globalization of economy further, rural enterprises are facing new opportunities for the development of economic globalization, more deeply, knowledge economy increasingly serious challenge under the new situation, the great-leap-forward development of rural enterprises, the key lies in human resource development, especially the grass-roots staff in ascension. Based on the domestic and foreign relevant scholars to rural grassroots employees quality promotion of rural enterprises, from grass-roots staff quality status quo, in-depth analysis of the situation of the rural enterprises, and puts forward the lower-level employees with quality of ascension. To explore the rural grassroots employees quality promotion development pattern, for rural enterprises employee quality provides the theory basis for ascension. According to our country rural grassroots employees quality put forward effective measures.
